Non-ionic solubilizer obtained by ethoxylation of hydrogenated castor oil, used to disperse essential oils, fragrances and oil-soluble actives in water. It is used in colognes, tonics, air fresheners and cleaning products, as well as in pharmaceutical, veterinary and nutraceutical formulations, according to applicable regulations.
