MMB
- Also known as:
- 3-Methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol · Methoxy methyl butanol · MMB
Oxygenated solvent of the ether-alcohol family, with low odor and controlled evaporation, miscible with water. It is used as a solvent and coalescent in fragrances, air fresheners and household cleaners, and as a cosolvent in personal care formulations. Its relatively low volatility profile makes it possible to modulate evaporation and improve fragrance diffusion in the formula.

Enzyme that breaks down protein-based stains such as blood, egg, milk, and sweat during laundry washing. It makes it possible to formulate well-performing detergents at low temperatures, reducing the energy consumption of washing. Used in powder detergents, liquid detergents, and enzymatic pre-wash products.
Benzalkonium Chloride
Benzalkonium Chloride
Quaternary ammonium compound widely used as an active ingredient in disinfectant and sanitizing formulations for surfaces. It also provides cationic surfactant properties and an antistatic effect in the formula. Its use in disinfection is carried out in accordance with applicable health regulations.
Butyl Glycol
Butoxyethanol
Glycol ether with good coupling power between water and organic solvents, used as a solvent and coupling agent in aqueous formulations. It is a classic component of degreasers and all-purpose cleaners, and acts as a coalescing solvent in water-based coatings. Its use in cosmetics and veterinary products is subject to restrictions, so the applicable regulations are verified.
Caustic Potash
Potassium Hydroxide
Highly soluble alkali used in the manufacture of liquid and potassium soaps, degreasers, and industrial cleaners. It produces soaps that are more soluble and faster to saponify than those made with caustic soda. Also used for pH adjustment in concentrated liquid formulas.
