Preservative system that combines DMDM hydantoin, a formaldehyde releaser, with IPBC (iodopropynyl butylcarbamate), a fungicide with complementary action. The combination is used to protect against bacteria, yeasts and molds in cosmetics, cleaning products and topical veterinary products.
