What presentations do you offer?
Presentations depend on whether the product is liquid or solid. For liquid products we offer drums, jerrycans and product dispensed by the kilo; for solid products we offer sacks, boxes and product dispensed by the kilo. In both cases, it depends on the nature and availability of the product.
What are the minimum order quantities?
For selected products, we sell from 1 kg upward.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and Bre-B (Colombia's instant payment system).
What is the minimum order value for shipping within and outside Bogotá?
In Bogotá, we ship orders over COP 500,000. Outside Bogotá, orders over COP 1,000,000.
What documentation comes with the purchase?
Technical data sheet, safety data sheet and certificate of analysis for the shipped batch.
